Inspiration often finds us in the most unexpected places. For me, it all began with my Papa, who brought the essence of Vieste, Italy, to our family table in the heart of America. His passion for both food and the joy of shared meals ignited a flame within me that has guided my journey ever since.
Before I embarked on my culinary path, I served as a US Army Military Police officer, with a deployment to Afghanistan that reshaped my perspective on the power of human connection. In the midst of adversity, I witnessed how food became the universal language, bridging cultures and bringing comfort to those in need. This experience taught me invaluable lessons about the profound link between nourishment and camaraderie, lessons I carry with me into every kitchen.
With a degree from The Culinary Institute of America, my training has been honed in the fires of fine dining, specializing in the rich flavors of Italian cuisine and the artistry of wine pairing. This foundation has allowed me to craft culinary experiences that not only tantalize the taste buds but also evoke cherished memories and heartfelt conversations.
